Concrete Grinder
Concrete grinders are great if you have a concrete area that needs to have a smooth finish. It both grinds and levels to create a nice smooth finish. It can also be used to remove finishes from concrete. A & R Rental Center offers both a single and double concrete grinder for both small and large concrete grinding jobs. We also offer a variety of blades to suit your needs for your job.
Here is the available blades and what they are typically used for.
Dyma-Serts: used to remove paint, sealers, mastics, high spots, rain marks, trowel marks, rough surfaces, uneven joints from concrete.
Strip-Serts: used to remove heavy buildups of paint, mastic, rubber, resins, tar, fiberglass, ice with out damaging concrete.

Concrete Power Trowel (model: Multiquip J36H55)
Concrete Power Trowels are used to smooth out the concrete after the concrete has been poured. The diameter of A & R Rental's power trowel is 36" in diameter. It is also equipped with quick pitch which allows you to easily and quickly adjust the angles of the blades.

Jack Hammers
Jack hammers are available in a variety of different sizes to suite your job. A & R Rental Center offers both Air and Electric chipping hammers. These are typically used to break apart concrete, asphalt or rock. Both point and chisel tip are included with rental but spade tips are also available for rental.

"5 Concrete Floor Planer
A & R Rental's Concrete Floor Planer or sometimes known as scarifier planer is used to aggressively cut and chip into concrete surfaces. This piece of equipment has a 5" cutting/ chipping area. Blades are an additional purchase item for this piece of equipment.
Cement Mixer
This piece of equipment is electric and holds about two 80 lbs bags. The capacity is 3 cubic feet dry or 2 cubic feet wet. It weighs approximately 143 lbs and should be used with a 12 gauge extension cord.
